Xiaogang Peng, Scharlau Professor of Chemistry, has gained recognition for an article, “Formation of High-Quality CdTe, CdSe, and CdS Nanocrystals Using CdO as Precursor,” which was published in 2001 in the Journal of the American Chemical Society. Peng’s paper is being featured on the American Chemical Society Publications Web site http://pubs.acs.org/journals/promo/most/highly_cited/index.html  as a highly cited paper.
