Lodging
Most participants will be accommodated at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, 70 N. East Ave., in downtown Fayetteville. Hotel check-in begins at 3 p.m. Friday. Inquire at the front desk for early check-in. Check-out is Saturday after the awards presentation.
The renovation of the Cosmopolitan Hotel continues. Therefore, there are a limited number of rooms available for the conference at the hotel. Other guests will stay at the locations below.
Inn at Carnall Hall, 465 N. Arkansas Ave., on the University of Arkansas campus. Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon. Inquire at the front desk for early check-in. The location is several blocks from downtown. Registrants choosing this option will be required to provide transportation.
Candlewood Suites, 2270 Martin Luther King Blvd. Hotel check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at noon. This new all-suite hotel is located two miles from downtown. Registrants choosing this option will be required to provide transportation.

Social Events
Faculty Mixer
A mixer for faculty and researchers to meet and greet will be Friday in the Garland Room at the Cosmopolitan Hotel from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Cash bar. Guests welcome.

Banquet
The banquet will take place at the Fayetteville Town Center Friday at 6:30 p.m.
Featured speaker Dr. William F. McComas will make a presentation at 7:15 p.m.
Prior registration for the banquet required
Breakfast Buffet
A breakfast buffet will take place during the poster session Saturday morning at the Cosmopolitan Hotel from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
No registration is required for the breakfast
Directions and Parking
The University of Arkansas is located in Fayetteville in the northwest corner of the state nested in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.
The parking deck behind the Cosmopolitan Hotel will be open for conference participants. No parking card needed.
Travel Subsidies
Travel subsidies will be provided per vehicle. The form will be available during the conference and on this site after the conference. Forms will be processed after the submission deadline November 13 and should be in the mail sometime in December.
