Department Drop/Add
Please complete the administrative change of registration form to request overrides into a course.
Print the form and bring it to the chemistry and biochemistry department (CHEM 119).
Forms faxed (479-575-4049) or e-mailed chemreqt@uark.edu may not be processed as quickly as forms received in person.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Department staff will obtain any necessary signatures.
Special note: Co-requisite chemistry courses (ex: lec, drl, lab) must all be included on the same request.
